I am having trouble signing in

If you are having trouble signing in, please confirm that you are using the same email address used to create your Vouch insurance application. Then, try resetting your password using the following steps.

1. Visit the sign-in page and click on the “Don’t remember your password?” link at the bottom of the credentials box

2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Send email”

If the issue persists, or you are unable to load the sign-in page and are experiencing any other issues signing in to your account, please contact customerservice@vouch.us.
